- You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products And Materials
- Vornveil sells retro, punk, streetwear, and hip-hop inspired fashion accessories. Product photos, finishes, sizing, color, texture, and distressed details may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, production batches, and hand-finished details.
- Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, items are fashion accessories and are not medical devices or protective equipment. Customers with metal sensitivity, skin allergies, or piercing concerns should review product details carefully before purchase.
Pricing, Taxes And Availability
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and customs fees may be calculated during checkout or by the destination country after shipment.
- We may update pricing, promotions, product descriptions, stock status, and availability at any time. Placing an item in cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed.

Returns And Exchanges
- Return eligibility depends on the product condition, hygiene considerations, final-sale status, and the time since delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging when a return is approved.
- For hygiene and safety, earrings, pierced jewelry, worn accessories, damaged items, and customized items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the item arrived defective.

Care And Use
- Fashion accessories should be kept away from water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, and rough impact unless the product page says otherwise. Finish wear, scratches, oxidation, and color changes from normal use are not considered defects.
